B'ceive iOS App & Social Strategy

Baron hired me to consult on the development of his iOS App. I navigated the conversations he was having with his dispersed team. There were many miscommunications. I managed a development team in India, his account contact in San Fransisco, and himself in Los Angeles.

Though these meetings, Baron and I were able to push this long extended project to the app store in just a few months. From there, Baron employed me to create and design a website to showcase the Bceive iOS app. I also set up a Facebook page and connected his Instagram account. I created custom content to populate the site and social media accounts.

The final task I helped Baron with was creating a google form for his audience to give feedback, leave comments, complaints, and buggy app issues. The information is consolidated in one place and makes it easy for him to manage the responses.
