Marissa Factor hired me to bring her business online. The goal of the project was to deliver a seamless experience to learn about her offering and book appointments.
I developed her design systems for the website, giving MFBeauty a distinct voice and tone to match her elevated services. I lead her brand strategy and consulted her on communications online digital community.
Originally, we chose to use Styleseat as the tech behind booking appointments, but we chose to move to Square appointments. The customer experience is all stored on one platform leading faster speeds.
