Building an Audience & Launching an iOS App
I worked to bring the Flex Gym Share app to the market. Get the lowest-priced passes for Yoga, CrossFit, classes, and gyms of all kinds by buying unused days from members. Reduce the cost of your own fitness membership by selling days to others, and afford more variety to keep your routine exciting. Or, donate days to nonprofits you care about and share the fitness communities you love with more people!
My role was developing and deploying user acquisition strategies, building an audience through digital marketing tactics, creating content, and consulting on product design. Deliverables include a chatbot, referral program, emails, social posts, Facebook groups, online copy, text message campaigns, and print. I also managed our intern program.

Flex Chatbot Conversation Gym Partner Interest
Designing the chatbot was essential to scale our audience. I created an automated conversational experience to interact with our users on our website, Facebook page, and text messenger. This led to tripling our email subscriptions and a 300% increase in FB followers.

Flex Email Campaigns
Flex Gym Share email campaigns kept our audience engaged with our content and gym partner offerings. I leveraged the voice of our intern to captivate the college audience. We discovered their interest was in Core Power Yoga and the Colorado Orange Theory studios. Through connecting the dots, we tagged these businesses and they re-posted us and want to be on the Flex Platform.

Data is Key
Using the data collected from the email campaigns, I was able to advise our sales team on hot leads, and eventually conversions. I was able to better understand our audience, language, and desires.

Flex iOS App Calendar
Calendars can be confusing. I led the redesign of the experience to simplify the user interface. Following the Apple standards, our audience could grasp the flow, rather than reinvent the wheel.
